The Commisso family has been in the meat business for over 70 years. Patrick's father built a reputation on craft, honesty, and knowing every customer by name. When Patrick opened Pat's Prime Cuts in Georgetown, he carried that same standard with him.

Every marinade is made in-house. Every sauce on the counter was tested in the kitchen the night before. Pat's is Georgetown's only butcher shop where the owner is also the chef, the butcher, and your neighbour.
