These Terms of Use apply to this website, operated by Pat’s Prime Cuts & Deli (operating as Pat's Prime Cuts and Deli) ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information on this site
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information only. Products, prices, availability, hours and photos may change and may contain errors.
Nothing on this site is professional advice.
2. Orders, catering and special orders
An order, catering or special order request sent through this site is not an order and not a quote. Prices, quantities, availability and pickup times are confirmed only when our team talks with you and confirms. Nothing is booked or charged until then.
Food allergies: please tell us about any allergies in your request. Our shop handles many foods, so we cannot promise that any item is free of a particular allergen. Ask us before you order.
Please give us accurate contact details so we can reply.
3. How ordering works
- Catering does not include hot meals. Holiday orders (turkeys, roasts and holiday trays) are special request only, always.
- No approval, no order: a catering, special order or holiday request sent through this site is not an order.
- To confirm it, call Pat's at (905) 873-0352. For now, Pat's team does not call you back.
- Nothing is reserved, prepared or charged until you call and Pat's team confirms it.
4. Offers on this website
Offers shown on this website, whether they match the page you are on or (if you switched on personalised offers) the kind of visit you are making, are open to everyone who asks for them: you do not need to have seen an offer to get it. We do not show higher prices to anyone. Each offer ends on the date shown with it; an offer without a date lasts until we take it off the website. An offer is subject to any conditions written with it.
5. Acceptable use
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site; do not send spam or automated form submissions; do not post or send anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that belongs to someone else; and do not collect other people's information from the site. We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.
6. Our content
The text, photos, logos, designs and other content on this site belong to Pat's Prime Cuts and Deli or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; anything else needs our written permission.
7. What you send us
When you send us messages, reviews, photos or files, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they are accurate. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Analytics and automated grouping
With your permission (the Accept button in our cookie banner), this site uses PostHog for website analytics and Jev by TypeSafe to sort visits into broad visitor types. Neither receives your name, email, phone number or anything you type into a form. A person on our team reviews every enquiry, and visitor types are never used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. What is collected, who receives it and how to say no are explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
Personalised offers, if you switch them on in our cookie banner, run only in your browser and end when you close the tab. Our Privacy Policy explains them.
9. Links to other sites
Links to other websites (for example maps, social media or booking tools) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site working and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information, such as lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer, including under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change never affects a booking, order or quote we already confirmed.
